This piece of a girl letting go of a heart-shaped balloon is one of Banksy's most famous artworks. It was made using a stencil and originally painted onto the wall of a printing shop in Shoreditch in London in 2002. In 2017, it was voted the nation's favorite artwork.

I live near an upscale housing development in a suburb of north eastern Orange County. My daughter and often pass by this development our way to a shopping center.
